Jess Welsh

​I’ve spent the past five years growing with Jonus, and I’m proud of the journey, from training new recruiters to building and leading high-performing teams, and now overseeing our West Region as Managing Director. I’ve worn many hats over the years—Training Manager, Director of Sales and Recruitment Training, Director of Growth—and each role has given me a deeper understanding of what it takes to support our clients, develop talent, and drive real results.

What motivates me most is helping people grow, whether it’s a candidate landing their dream role, a client scaling their business, or a recruiter stepping into leadership. I’m passionate about creating structure, delivering results, and making sure our teams have what they need to succeed.
