Michele Waterman

Hi, I'm Michele! I've spent 20+ years in staffing, growing from front lines recruiting to management and later leading regional operations and sales enablement for one of the industry's largest firms. I've recruited, sold, trained and built processes, all focused on connecting great people with great opportunities. Now I'm excited to bring that experience to The Jonus Group as Operations Manager. Off the clock, my husband and I cheer on our two sports-loving kids. I'm a true crime and comedy podcast fan who loves learning about other cultures and dreaming up future travel adventures.
