Hi, I’m Philip Lough! I started my career working in aviation, spending my days in hands-on, blue-collar roles that taught me the value of hard work, teamwork, and treating people the right way. Those experiences gave me an appreciation for the different paths people take in their careers and the importance of building genuine relationships. Today, I bring that same mindset to insurance recruiting with The Jonus Group, helping connect talented professionals with opportunities that fit their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy life in the New Hampshire mountains, tackling projects around my farm, and spending time outdoors with my wife and two dogs! |
