Agribusiness Commercial Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Agribusiness Commercial Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in agriculture or insurance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for managing an existing book of business, focusing on small to middle-market agriculture accounts. This position offers the chance to work closely with producers and contribute to the growth of an organization.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service an existing book of business, primarily consisting of small to middle-market agriculture accounts.
- Collaborate closely with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle 100% renewal business, including quoting and processing renewals.
- Work with wholesale brokers to manage accounts effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Required: Property & Casualty (P&C) License (preferred but not mandatory for candidates with extensive agricultural experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in agriculture accounts or insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Epic software or similar platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; attention to detail; adaptability; and a customer-focused mindset.
