The Assistant Product Analyst will support the Product Management team in developing, analyzing, and refining auto insurance products. This role is responsible for assisting with market research, competitor analysis, pricing initiatives, and product performance tracking to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of the insurance industry.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related major
- 3+ years of experience in a Personal Auto Product Analyst role
- Must be proficient with using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas)
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of personal auto insurance products, including pricing, coverage, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor product performance and identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and marketing teams to develop and refine product offerings.
- Perform market research to stay current with industry trends, consumer needs, and competitor products.
- Analyze data and generate reports on product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
