ABOUT
Our TPA client is currently seeking an experienced Chief Sales Officer to join their high-performing team. This position is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the account management and sales teams within their North America business. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic and analytical thinking, and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and legal solutions landscape.
Salary
- $250,000 to $350,000+/year total compensation (based on experience)

Job Description
- Develop a Target Operating Model to support both growth and account management.
- Provide visionary & strategic leadership to the client account management and sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and motivating team members to achieve their goals.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to maximize individual and team performance.
- Oversee and manage key client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive profitable revenue growth, aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Lead the sales team in prospecting, acquiring, and onboarding new clients, as well as identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional client service delivery throughout the organization, setting exacting standards and fostering a client-centric mindset.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, risk management, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably within the insurance services and legal solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of the US insurance market and legal landscape.
- Experience managing financial aspects of a business, including revenue generation, profitability, and financial management.
- Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
