Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Manager to join a Financial Services division. This role is critical in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational accuracy, and proactively managing day-to-day activities to support advisor success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients while acting as a trusted partner to advisors, supporting services such as investment management, retirement planning, tax-efficient planning, estate conservation, insurance solutions, and annuities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Maintain and update client accounts, documentation, and agreements within internal systems
  • Prepare, process, and follow up on client paperwork, including applications and advisory documentation
  • Execute and track money movement requests, including ACH, wires, and distributions, ensuring accuracy and completion
  • Document all client interactions and activities within the CRM system
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for client and prospect meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations
  • Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring alignment on discussion topics and readiness of all materials
  • Assist with proposal preparation and client presentations, as needed
  • Support retirement plan services, including scheduling education sessions and handling follow-ups
  • Generate and distribute client reports and statements on a periodic basis
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment operations
  • Active Series 65 or 66 license required
  • Series 6 or 7 license required
  • Working knowledge of financial planning and investment concepts preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth clients preferred

 

Compensation Package

  • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $100,000
  • Discretionary year-end bonus
