# Job Title: Commercial Account Executive
## Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Commercial Account Executive** to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse industries such as construction, contractors, manufacturing, real estate, and/or retail stores. This role demands a professional who is passionate about cultivating strong client relationships while crafting tailored solutions for our clients' commercial insurance needs.
## Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clients in various commercial lines.
- Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Review and analyze clients’ business operations to identify risks and determine coverage requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing education about insurance options and supporting them in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, policy changes, and emerging risks specific to the industries serviced.
- Meet and exceed defined sales and retention targets while adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Engage in regular networking and outreach to foster opportunities for new business development.
## Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Executive or Account Manager, with demonstrated work in commercial coverage including construction, contractors, manufacturing, real estate, and/or retail sectors.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with AMS 360 and Image Right is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the unique risk profiles and insurance needs of industries like construction, contractors, and/or manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze data and market options to develop comprehensive insurance programs for clients.
