Commercial Insurance Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join a team. This role is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, assisting producers with sales and marketing efforts for new and renewal business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a knack for building relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunities to travel locally for business development.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: Up to $100,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office, with local travel around the Phoenix area)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the producer to manage and grow a book of middle-market commercial insurance accounts, with a focus on construction and contractor clients.
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts for new and renewal business, including outbound lead generation, referrals, and networking.
  • Handle warm leads provided by the producer and run with them independently.
  • Participate in weekly touchpoint meetings with the producer to align on goals and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 5-10+ years of relevant sales experience in the commercial insurance industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
