Commercial Insurance Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join a growing Programs Division. This division specializes in managing accounts for industries such as car dealerships, golf courses, pest control, and equipment rentals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling middle-market to large accounts, possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, and demonstrate exceptional client management skills.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000+ (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of business with account sizes ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 in premium.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with team members to divide and manage accounts based on experience and expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
  • Utilize Sagitta software to manage accounts and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations and other team members to support the growth of the Programs Division.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience handling middle-market to large accounts, preferably with medium to large brokerage firms.
  • Proficiency in using Sagitta software or similar insurance management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
