Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts, including industries such as agriculture, construction, trucking, and oil and gas. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a book of business with account sizes ranging from $20,000 to $500,000.
- Handling endorsements, Certificates of Insurance (COI), renewals, marketing, proposals, and account rounding.
- Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Quoting new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals.
- Remarketing accounts and updating applications as needed.
- Collaborating with the Commercial Department Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the insurance industry.
- Proven experience working with middle-market accounts.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Epic software is preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in quoting, endorsements, and renewals.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
