Commercial Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, supporting agents, and ensuring the seamless handling of renewals, certificates, and other account-related tasks. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, primarily small businesses, including contractors, LLCs, banks, and restaurants.
  • Support three agents with daily tasks such as renewals, certificates, and quoting new/renewal business.
  • Utilize Hawksoft software to manage client information and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and contribute to the agency's growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is a plus.
