Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, family-oriented environment where your contributions will directly impact success. As a key member of the team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across industries such as hospitality, real estate, non-profit, construction, and property. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of being in the office four days a week.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: Up to $100k, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts across multiple industries.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Producers, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide proactive communication and solutions to clients, addressing their insurance needs effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with EPIC software and a generalist background in commercial lines insurance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to multiple industries, including hospitality, real estate, non-profit, construction, and property.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid role, with four days a week in the office.
