Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, have a strong background in commercial insurance, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small to middle-market commercial insurance accounts.
  • Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
