Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role involves managing a generalist book of business valued at $2-3 million, with a focus on small to mid-market accounts, including contractors and fire departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial accounts, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and laid-back work environment. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a generalist book of business, including small to mid-market accounts.
  • Handle daily servicing tasks, including renewals, rounding accounts, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Quote and process renewal business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department managers and team members to ensure seamless account management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
