Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, including clients in industries such as construction, equipment rentals, and golf courses.
  • Handle all aspects of renewal marketing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with producers and support staff to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business, leveraging your expertise to secure optimal coverage for clients.
  • Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in an independent agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse book of business and handle complex accounts.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in agency management systems (experience with Sagitta is a plus, but not required).
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service and maintaining high professional standards.
