Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

  • Salary: Up to $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide general servicing and administrative support for commercial lines accounts
  • Manage and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Assist with chasing down necessary documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Quote new and renewal business to meet client needs
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance within an agency setting
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred
  • Account Knowledge: Generalist experience with a variety of account types
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
