We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at either our Luthervillle-Timonium location. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in commercial insurance, encompassing underwriting, policy placement, and risk management. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with various departments to ensure policy compliance and currency. Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Oversee the renewal process for existing clients.
• Assess and analyze risk exposures for clients.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with insurance carriers, and remarket accounts as necessary.
• Provide prompt and effective customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts.
• Independently acquire and sustain in-depth knowledge of the marketplace, fostering strong working relationships with company underwriters and representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking an individual with over 5 years of commercial lines customer service experience, who thrives in a collaborative team environment and pursues continuous knowledge improvement. A current property and casualty insurance license is a prerequisite.
