Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Insurance Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of insurance accounts, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of policies and coverage
• Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to provide support in acquiring and retaining clients
• Foster strong relationships with clients by providing personalized and timely service, and acting as a reliable point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries
• Conduct thorough policy reviews and analysis to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions to meet clients’ needs
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies, and maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial insurance or related field
• Previous experience quoting new and renewal business is required
• Previous experience handling certs, endorsements, and assisting with billings & claims
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry standards
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license

Compensation Package

• Compensation: Between $68k-$72k (based on experience)
