Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join a growing team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, handling all servicing needs including quoting, renewals, endorsements, and document management.
- Manage a portfolio of small accounts, including auto dealerships, professional liability, habitational, and lessors risk accounts.
- Process new and renewal business quotes efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize HawkSoft software to manage client information and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar insurance management software preferred.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
