Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $65K-$75K

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers
  • Assist in managing a book of business focused on commercial real estate, habitational, and condominium accounts
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely and accurate quoting of new and renewal business
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Support the team in achieving client satisfaction and retention goals

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software tools
