Commercial Lines Producer

Job Summary

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 + commission opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the commercial lines portfolio.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with speed, simplicity, and a friendly approach.
• Collaborate with a small, close-knit team to achieve company goals.
• Utilize CRM software to manage accounts and workflows effectively.
• Participate in video calls, onsite meetings, and other client-facing activities as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 2+ years in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on construction and manufacturing accounts.
• Trustworthy, hardworking, friendly, and coachable.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and close deals.
