Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including living facilities, non-profits, and daycares, with a focus on mid-market clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business exceeding $2 million in policies.
- Handle both renewals and new business quoting.
- Process certificates of insurance and endorsements.
- Collaborate with producers on new business marketing efforts.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with clients.
- Resolve conflicts and manage high-stress situations effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in mid-sized brokerages.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Timeliness, personable demeanor, conflict resolution, and ability to perform under pressure.
