Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including living facilities, non-profits, and daycares, with a focus on mid-market clients.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business exceeding $2 million in policies.
• Handle both renewals and new business quoting.
• Process certificates of insurance and endorsements.
• Collaborate with producers on new business marketing efforts.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients.
• Resolve conflicts and manage high-stress situations effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in mid-sized brokerages.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Timeliness, personable demeanor, conflict resolution, and ability to perform under pressure.
