Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Responsibilities
- Manage a book of middle-market commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all service needs are handled accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
- Handle renewals, endorsements, claims, billing, and new business processing.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of carrier markets, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
- Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate renewal timelines and documentation in collaboration with management and producers.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing middle-market commercial accounts in an agency or brokerage setting.
- Experience using agency management software (Epic preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 annually
