Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent client service skills, and the ability to handle renewals and daily client interactions efficiently.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including all lines and coverages.
  • Handle accounts with premiums starting at $50,000 and above.
  • Provide exceptional client service, including renewals and daily client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Senior Account Manager for marketing tasks, with some desk marketing responsibilities.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
