Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including summer camps, contractors, electrical businesses, and nonprofits. Compensation Package

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with a focus on middle-market accounts, including summer camps, contractors, electrical businesses, and nonprofits.
Handle accounts with an average revenue of $10,000 and contribute to a $7.5 million revenue book.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and other team members to achieve departmental goals.
Attend monthly meetings (second Monday of each month) if remote, with travel and accommodation provided.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an independent insurance agency, with a focus on commercial lines.
Generalist experience in handling a variety of account types.
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office, with the ability to attend in-office training and meetings as required.
