Commercial Lines Account Manager/Commercial CSR

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Commercial CSR to join a team. This role is integral to operations, focusing on managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts ranging from small to large businesses. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, handling policies of varying sizes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial and personal lines insurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
