Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 (Dependent on Experience)
  • Work Environment: Primarily onsite with flexibility for hybrid work after an initial onboarding period

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a book of small business accounts, primarily accounts with premiums of $50,000 or less.
  • Handle all aspects of account management from A-Z, excluding new business marketing.
  • Quote new and renewal business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with a team of 10-12 commercial lines employees, including back-office support staff, account managers, and producers.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management (training provided if needed).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience preferred. Candidates with a background in captive insurance (e.g., Farm Bureau, State Farm) who are eager to transition to an agency setting are encouraged to apply.
