Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the agency's success, focusing on servicing policies and marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, a proactive approach to client service, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of business primarily consisting of middle-market commercial accounts.
  • Handle policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support the quoting and placement of new and renewal business.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in the state of Mississippi.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a generalist background.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
  • Work Style: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with 1-2 days of remote work per week.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
