Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. As one of the largest independently owned agencies, specialize in providing comprehensive insurance solutions for industries such as construction, contractors, manufacturing, and restaurants. This role offers the opportunity to manage middle-market accounts and provide exceptional service to the valued clients.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of client accounts from A-Z, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, claims management, and marketing.
  • Handle renewals and provide quotes for new and renewal business.
  • Work with middle-market accounts in industries such as construction, manufacturing, contractors, and restaurants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of agency commercial lines experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
