Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts with a strong focus on habitational and condo association clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, preferably with EPIC experience, and the ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business averaging ~$3M in premium, focusing on middle-market accounts.
  • Serve as a generalist with a specialization in habitational and condo association accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial account management, preferably with EPIC software expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of habitational and condo association accounts.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid/onsite capacity in Darien, IL, or remotely within Illinois.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
