Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team of professionals. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of smaller commercial accounts, including contractors and other generalist accounts, with premium sizes ranging from $10,000 to $100,000. As a key member of the team, you will handle A-Z account management responsibilities, supported by virtual assistants and advanced technology for tasks such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, and invoicing.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $72,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
- Collaborate with virtual assistants and utilize technology to efficiently process COIs, auto ID cards, and invoicing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage, policy options, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Resident Louisiana Property & Casualty License (required).
- 4-6 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Proficiency in EPIC insurance software.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, particularly for smaller accounts such as contractors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
