Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing account support, including policy reviews, renewals, and updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding policies, services, and coverage options.
• Cross-sell additional products and services to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in training programs and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Proven account management experience, preferably in commercial lines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with cross-selling insurance products.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
