Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a Commercial Lines account manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to the clients, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $85,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including contractors and habitational accounts, with sizes ranging from $15,000 to $250,000.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business (approximately 40% new business, 60% renewals).
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with account managers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Adapt to and utilize the Applied EPIC software system (training will be provided).
- Participate in daily training sessions with account managers during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Prior experience in commercial lines insurance is required. Open to candidates with varying years of experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applied EPIC software is a plus, but training will be provided.
