Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and polished Commercial Lines Account Managers to join a team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a sophisticated, family-like environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z service for a tailored book of business, including renewals, quoting, and marketing.
- Manage generalist accounts and carriers, including Builders Mutual, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, and Selective.
- Handle accounts in various industries such as construction, contractors, and retail businesses.
- Work on accounts ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+ in premium.
- Quote and market new and renewal business, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience managing accounts with premiums of $100,000 or more.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software.
- Soft Skills:
- Well-spoken, articulate, and polished.
- Confident and personable, with a strong understanding of desk processes.
- Ability to bring value to the team and effectively manage client relationships.
