Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager or Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the top Commercial Lines Producer in the agency, managing a diverse book of middle-market accounts. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of middle-market accounts, primarily focused on large construction clients with account revenues ranging from $5,000 to $30,000.
  • Handle A-Z account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Account Managers (AAMs) for backend administrative support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the top Commercial Lines Producer to support business growth and client retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. Designations such as CIS, ACSR, or CISR are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of middle-market account management experience; 5+ years preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred but not required.
