Commercial Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing small commercial accounts, handling all aspects of account management from start to finish, and occasionally working on larger accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
- Competitive salary up to $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience).

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of small commercial accounts, with account sizes ranging from $2,000 to $25,000.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, policy servicing, and client communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management (training provided if needed).
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial account management or a related field.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in-office 3-5 days per week, with the option for remote work 2 days per week.
