Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role supports commercial and personal insurance accounts with a strong focus on construction and energy-related industries. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional client support in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and personal insurance accounts, with a focus on construction and energy-related business.

  • Provide A–Z servicing, including endorsements, audits, certificates, and policy changes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.

  • Quote and manage both new and renewal business.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively.

  • Support team initiatives and contribute to continued growth and operational success.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  • Insurance designations such as CIC, CISR, or CRM are preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience preferred, including agency and/or carrier experience.

  • Experience supporting construction and energy-related accounts is strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency with AMS360 is required.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience

  • Profit sharing

  • Comprehensive benefits package
