Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role supports commercial and personal insurance accounts with a strong focus on construction and energy-related industries. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional client support in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and personal insurance accounts, with a focus on construction and energy-related business.

Provide A–Z servicing, including endorsements, audits, certificates, and policy changes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.

Quote and manage both new and renewal business.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively.

Support team initiatives and contribute to continued growth and operational success.
Qualifications/Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Insurance designations such as CIC, CISR, or CRM are preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience preferred, including agency and/or carrier experience.

Experience supporting construction and energy-related accounts is strongly preferred.

Proficiency with AMS360 is required.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation Package

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience
