Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to manage a diverse book of business.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business valued at approximately $2M-$3M, with accounts ranging from $1,000 to $500,000 in size (average account size: $70,000).
  • Handle 85% renewal business and 15% new business.
  • Provide white-glove service to clients across various lines of coverage, including Construction, Commercial Property, HOA, Real Estate, Lessors Risk, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, EPLI, Bonds, and Professional Lines.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize agency management software (EPIC experience is a plus) to manage accounts effectively.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality service and addressing client needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software (EPIC experience preferred).
