Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus
- Work Environment: Remote with flexibility for occasional in-office meetings (local candidates preferred)
- Equipment: Company-provided equipment for remote work
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts, specializing in real estate, including community associations, apartment buildings, mixed-use habitational properties, and more.
- Handle daily tasks such as issuing ID cards, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and initiating the renewal process.
- Communicate with carriers to review quotes and prepare renewal summaries or comparisons.
- Collaborate with producers to propose renewals and add lines to existing accounts.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation and processes.
- Utilize critical thinking to solve problems and address client needs effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial lines account management, with a generalist background in middle-market accounts.
- Specialization: Strong expertise in real estate is required; experience in community association industry or financial institutions is a plus.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; CIC or CPCU designation is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or EPIC software (experience with EPIC is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Work Style: Comfortable with remote work but flexible to attend in-office meetings as needed.
