Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts ranging from $20,000 to $200,000, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in A-Z account management, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial lines accounts, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize Applied Epic software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support to clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.
• Participate in occasional travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in commercial lines account management.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take accountability and work collaboratively within a team.
