Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment, managing a variety of small to middle-market accounts across all lines and coverages. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional client service skills, and a proactive approach to account management.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to middle-market commercial accounts across various lines and coverages.
• Handle daily client service tasks, including renewals and addressing client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Account Manager for marketing efforts, with some desk marketing responsibilities.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance account management.
• Proficiency in Applied EPIC software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
