Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse generalist book of business, including non-profits, real estate, and construction accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a book of business generating $1 million to $1.2 million in revenue.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-market book of business, consisting of approximately 50 accounts with account sizes ranging from $50,000 to $400,000.
• Handle marketing, proposals, renewals, and client-facing activities.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers and Producers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
