Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a diverse book of business and contribute to the success of a well-established organization.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a $2 million book of business, including accounts with premiums ranging from $800 to $100,000.
• Handle daily tasks such as renewals, answering client inquiries, issuing certificates, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive, go-getter mindset.
• Work Environment: Must be comfortable working fully onsite in a family-oriented, team-focused environment.
