Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, handling all aspects of quoting, renewing, and servicing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Managing small to middle-market accounts
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting, binding, and renewing policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account handling and client satisfaction
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Active 220 license is required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is highly preferred
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
