Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing mid-to-large commercial accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a generalist book of business, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts (valued between $250k-$500k)
• Handle endorsements, certificates, renewals, and audits with precision and efficiency
• Quote new and renewal business as required
• Maintain excellent organization and communication to stay on top of daily activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and documentation
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in an agency environment managing commercial accounts; experience with larger books of business is highly preferred
• Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is a significant advantage
