Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
  • Participate in team activities and contribute to a positive office culture.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred, but candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with TAM or AMS360 software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
