Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Participate in team activities and contribute to a positive office culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred, but candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with TAM or AMS360 software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
