Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial lines accounts, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies
- Handle a diverse book of business, primarily focusing on contractors and middle-market accounts
- Collaborate with producers to meet client needs and ensure seamless account management
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support the renewal process by preparing quotes and ensuring timely policy renewals
- Maintain a strong understanding of large commercial risk management practices
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience with a strong understanding of large commercial risk management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
