Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, focusing on contractors and middle-market clients. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of commercial lines accounts, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies
Handle a diverse book of business, primarily focusing on contractors and middle-market accounts
Collaborate with producers to meet client needs and ensure seamless account management
Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Support the renewal process by preparing quotes and ensuring timely policy renewals
Maintain a strong understanding of large commercial risk management practices

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience with a strong understanding of large commercial risk management
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software
