Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. The ideal candidate will support producers in managing a book of commercial accounts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong initiative and accountability, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial accounts, primarily in the real estate industry.
- Provide exceptional support to producers, ensuring seamless account management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Epic software.
- Exhibit initiative and accountability in daily tasks to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Prior experience in commercial account management is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Must have experience with Epic software.
- Soft Skills: Strong initiative, organization skills, and accountability are essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate accounts and commercial insurance is a plus.
