Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and reputable insurance agency. With over a century of history, organization is deeply rooted in the community and specializes in middle-market accounts.

Compensation Package

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts, including summer camps, contractors, electrical companies, and nonprofits.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and grow a $7.5 million revenue book of business.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in an independent insurance agency with generalist experience in commercial lines.
• Licenses/Designations: Relevant insurance licenses preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
